Who is LoveApparel+?

LoveApparel+ partners with non-profit organizations and foundations around the world, creating and selling cause awareness apparel, designed to raise funding and awareness. For every product sold, LoveApparel+ provides funding to these non-profit organizations that are driving change.

If I choose Next Day or 2 Day Shipping, when will I get my order?

Orders take 1 business day to process before shipping. Therefore, if you opt for Next Day or 2nd Day shipping, it will take 1 day longer than the shipping method: 2 Days total for Next Day Air and 3 Days total for 2nd Day Air.

Does LoveApparel+ ship to military addresses?

We do! Please enter “APO” or “FPO” in the city field and then choose either AP/AA/AE from the state drop down on our checkout page.

What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?

Please wait 1 business day to receive your tracking number. If you have not yet received it via email (check your spam box) please contact us for the tracking number. Keep in mind that the UPS or USPS tracking number may take up to 1 business day to yield any useful info. All “Budget” tracking number will most likely NOT update until delivery, if at all. If it has been over 2 weeks since you received tracking number for your US order, or over 5 weeks for your international order please contact customer support.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal. Unfortunately we can not accept checks, cash or money orders at this time. LoveApparel+ takes your safety seriously, our site is encrypted with 128-bit security so your personal information is safe.

What if I made a mistake with my order?

You can call email us at [email protected] We can make changes if its within 24 hours. If it is passed that time frame, we offer returns and exchanges if you made a mistake.

How Can I Return a Product?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return any unwashed and unworn item for a full refund less shipping charges within 60 days of purchase. No products listed under “Stuff” can be sent in for a refund or exchange. If you want to set up an exchange or return on a garment, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order#, email address and name used to place the order.
